I've encountered this with a couple of mailing lists I manage. As AJ has observed, it's a Gmail thing. Apparently GMail seems to reject as spam any email in which the recipient's address appears in the header as being the originator of the email as well. The Mailman server is sending out your messages to you and everyone else on the list, but the Gmail server is treating them as spam and either holding them in a spam filter (or deleting them outright). From what I've read, there's no way that you can configure Gmail to _not_ do this, although I haven't checked it for myself.

I believe that you can get around it if you opt to receive the digest version of messages from the list. It is also possible to configure the Mailman 'server' to send an acknowledgement when you post to the list. If you can't do it from your own preference page (not sure about this), the moderator can set a flag against your membership detail to do this. I can't recall if the acknowledgement includes a copy of your own posting (I've changed to a 'new' computer recently and there's no way of doing a quick check).

/TN/
