I'm sure I don't want to share thermals with anyone looking at display graphics as to when to open or tighten a circle.

Can we all start looking outside, please? You may even see the itinerant Cessna before it hits you and it probably won't be making a radio transmission to warn you it is there.

I know the ATSB is doing its best to convince everyone that unalerted see and been seen doesn't work but in my experience they are wrong.

What is certain is that you won't see anything if you don't LOOK.

Has anyone had experience flying with a Borgelt B500 and using it's stereo sound feature as a thermal centering aid?

I've found XCSoar's thermal map does a good job and am wondering if it's worth installing a second speaker for the B500 to provide this via audio.
