On the map/nav screen, tap the toolbox icon (third from the right of the upper menu on the bottom of the screen) to get the 'info screens' menu. Third from the bottom is 'radar overlay'. The last time I used it, it was out by 40min. Perhaps they synchronise by timestamp and they were limited by one radar that was showing an old pic? User beware.
