First I noticed was no more rattle in the wing tip wheel.  It would really
vibrant before.  Actually in the glider you did not notice a big difference
but once done you do not want to go back to the old way it was.

To static balance I have a tight fitting metal tube up centre of fixed
pitch  prop then placed it all 4 ways on 2 steel rulers on edge.  I just
used paint spray can to put more weight on one tip.

It takes about 3 goes of spray paint.
