Hi Alex,

WiFi Calling establishes an IPSec tunnel back to the mobile network, using a
destination hostname based on the mobile country code and mobile network code
under the 3gppnetwork.org <http://3gppnetwork.org/> domain.

So permitting UDP 500 and 4500, and IP Protocol 50 (if possible) should cover
it, in addition to making sure resolution within the above domain is permitted.

Cheers,

Al

Hi Noggers,
I’m looking for a contact at Optus (or not at Optus maybe?) who would be able
to advise what we need to permit on our firewalls to get Wifi Calling working
on the Optus network.
I have tried the normal customer support channels and they were predictably
useless.

Thanks,
Alex Chard
