I've got a 24U rack from these guys: http://www.acoustiproducts.com They seem to offer smaller models. I can personally vouch for the sound-proofing -- it's pretty impressive to close the doors and the noise from a 1RU switch with a bunch of screaming 40mm fans to all but go away. Cheers, Dale
