We have the same issue, and get the same story, if we get through at all. Their 
L1 support is useless.

Hi Ausnog,

Does anyone know what the issue is at Spirit Telecom or the contact details of 
a senior engineer there, we have a customer with a fibre service that has been 
up and down over the past few days and on their general support number we just 
get that there is a network issue.
