I know there are Ladies here too, ignoring them in your salutation might not 
result in the best and quickest help you can get. 'Hello/Hi All' is the best 
salutation.

Even better is to call Vocus first, and if you haven't been helped effectively, 
state that or describe why you're resorting to asking here. Asking here should 
be a last resort, not a first.
