Err, not quite: "The average CVC capacity acquired per user has increased by almost 10 per cent during the quarter. This includes an average increase for each broadband service from around one Mbps to 1.09 Mbps." That is the amount of CVC bought by retail service providers to service those customers. It isn't what they actually use and Paul was actually talking about business customers not residential (for the most part) consumers. Very different things...
