Anyone from the Telstra Bigpond network admin on list able to help out with 
reverse DNS issues we are starting to see with clients who have recently 
migrated to the Telstra NBN network where clients mail is being rejected due to 
reverse DNS lookup issues.

The issue has only recently reared its ugly head and is able to be resolved by 
logging into the custdata portal to update RDNS records but this particular 
business account has an issue accessing the IP address range associated with 
the account. The 1800 number suggested to call has zero clue about reverse DNS 
records and is the typical terrible Telstra outsourced support.

See: "Primary target IP address responded with: "450 4.7.1 Client host 
rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]." Attempted 
failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no 
alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts."
