This email should be banned. I am of the strong belief that hiding behind a clearly fake identity falls under the “professional respect” section of our charter and as such should be moderated/removed and banned.
It's incredibly disrespectful to expect people to go out of their way to help you, provide you services without even the common courtesy to introduce yourself properly.
