Yep I too are having major headaches - Except we are using O365 email
servers and Bigpond is rejecting everything we send as "Spam" 

Reported error: 550 5.7.350 
Remote server returned message detected as spam -> 550
<[email protected]> recipient rejected. Recipient does not exist. IB603a

Bigpond mail servers appear to be having some issues today; may wish to
route traffic to only 203.36.172.106 until this rectifies itself.
