Two faults : 1. Fault on AAG Segment between Hong Kong (Lantau Island )and Philippines (La Union). Exact location not communicated yet by AAG 2. Fault is US is a terrestrial cable faultbetween Hillsboro and Portland. Splicing on both ends in progress
