If its in a new estate that has never had a NBN connection activated the
few applies.
I had the NTU but had to pay the fee as the previous occupant didn’t
activate a service. House was 6 months old.

Well this is interesting. A client who has a new house on a new estate
(FTTP) has been told by his RSP (a very big one) that there is a $300
connection fee for NBN to be connected? My son lives on the same estate and
had the FTTP hooked up without a problem. Anyone else heard of such a
goings on?

Cheers
