i've had reports of dropouts from one of our (small) contact centres based in sydney but all our other states are fine - we use a common Telstra SIP gateway and the calls we've had issues with seem specific to the Sydney SIP trunk, with the Sydney based DIDs, DIDs from other states on the Sydney SIP trunk seem fine and all calls out the Melbourne trunk seem fine.
i'm making a wild assumption that the issues are related at the moment.
