Appears to be widespread, saw several of our IoT Telstra SIM's go offline at the same time. Personally I lost all connectivity to emergency calls only and still have no 3G/4G data (but can call and SMS out) https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=2726925
