Hi Damian, The other option would be to try a public IX in Sydney.
16509 is listed at both MegaIX and Equinix IX, however the Multi-Lateral peering for 16509 is only up on Equinix, so you could try that line too if you have gear in one of their facilities. I can’t check what is being advertised, but I’m sure someone on here might let you know… There are some prefixes from 16509 on MegaIX but are via HE 6939.
