Just got off the phone with Vocus support, and apparently they are getting a lot of people calling in.

Technicians are working on it. Thanks for the Incident summary link. (It wan't there when I started emailing / phoning up)

Yes seeing issues here too. Got a few alerts thrown, seems to be only affecting 
a small number of routes? Been on hold to support for ~15mins now and the call 
has just gone silent.
