Google hosts a couple million domains, large chunk of top 1000 companies globally, a lot of them your suppliers in one form or another, I think it's in everyones interests to keep commerce moving.
It is also in everyones interests to identify and punish the ones that don't play the game, but a broad brush approach is not going to do it.
