I know I have hundreds of NBN services that are experiencing degraded service 
because of something to do with a Melbourne POP.
Issue became apparent to us at approx. 12pm

Fops performed OTDR from Richmond, both Fibre reach 14 km , He is heading to 
Port Melbourne, ETA 1:45 pm, no ETR.

Looks to be affecting services coming out of NextDC M1.
