Update I’ve had from 5G is 

“Sub station in citipower failure, caused ups batteries to fail. We believe ups 
at vocus also failed. Mains restored before UPS could be brought back online. 
Waiting response from citipower. Maintenance on ups completed within last 2 
months.”
