Hi Team,

Happy Saturday (yay). Sorry for the noise but is anyone from NBN on list or 
someone who knows someone at NBN that can deal with escalations, specifically 
around churning of services? I have an issue with a scheduled churn that was 
supposed to be completed by 9:00pm last night and I am getting nowhere fast.
