Hello People, Requesting help from AAPT network resource regarding a weird L2/L3(packet drop) issue on a tail circuit in Goldcoast. The case has been logged on helpdesk portal and receiving the support as well from helpdesk but so far we received "no problem found".I was wondering if someone from AAPT can contact me offlist so that I can explain the problem and some one can have a look see at the issue from our perspective.
