Hi Guys,

I have a customer with a Telstra Wholesale EA circuit, and looking to get a 
diverse fibre path to this site (with carrier diversity). Normally I don't have 
any issues getting some kind of indication of a path of a service I'm paying 
for, from the carrier. Or  even to help plan diversity for a new service. But 
TW are refusing to give any info - even if I were to  order a redundant service 
- with them the plan is basically "trust us, it's diverse". Which I'm not happy 
about.

Has anyone had to deal with this before, and have any suggestions on how to get 
a rough path/info? I tried DBYD maps but it doesn't really give a good enough 
indication, even near the property, let alone all the way to the exchange.

Appreciate any help, advice or ideas.
