There is nothing wrong with this.
The fields in the TXT record are concatenated without whitespace in between the
fields.
IPv6 address are case insensitive. If your software crooks on uppercase hex
digits, fix it.
See RFC 7208.
ip6-network = <as per Section 2.2 of [RFC4291]>
; e.g., 2001:db8::cd30
And if you look at RFC4291 all the examples are is UPPER case.
