Yeah, we lost a bunch of Vocus P2P L2 circuits for around 10-15 mins (we aren’t 
in their DCs).

Very nice that they keep the interfaces up on each end for you though…

Guy I spoke to claimed it was an issue with "some of their switches" before 
clamming up.

Best guess? Someone made an unsanctioned/untested change and screwed something 
up.
