I reached out to a contact of mine, they were struggling to identify the right team (they aren't in direct IT) as we proved with their ABB IPv6 that the coles site was blocking them too. But the minute we disabled IPv6, the site was working normally.
I verified the same problem as well. And also hit the same struggles trying to get it to the right team internally from their outside customer support teams.
