Thanks Dirk. I used the MX Toolbox blacklist check earlier which came back all green, as has Abusix.
Proper DNS records for our mail are something I've been pushing a while, this might get me over the line hopefully... FWIW, one of (who knows how many and which ones they use...) the blocklists they use is Abusix, check your domains and addresses on https://lookup.abusix.com/ that is the core one that has caused us issues with Bigpond before.
