Thanks Dirk.

I used the MX Toolbox blacklist check earlier which came back all green, as has
Abusix.

Proper DNS records for our mail are something I've been pushing a while, this
might get me over the line hopefully...

Hi Brett,

Not sure how far you'll get, that team seems to be top secret and hiding in a
dark room somewhere.

FWIW, one of (who knows how many and which ones they use...) the blocklists
they use is Abusix, check your domains and addresses on
https://lookup.abusix.com/ that is the core one that has caused us issues with
Bigpond before. Of course the usual req's still apply to keep the mail flowing,
prefer TLS dkim spf dmarc reverse IP etc.

Regards,

Dirk Bermingham

Subject: [AusNOG] Bigpond whitelist assistance

Hi all,

Tried getting information out of Telstra with the usual success. Need
assistance with getting a domain whitelisted on Bigpond spam filters, looking
for an email address or phone number to start the process.

Anyone here able to help?

Thanks
Brett
