Good morning everyone, We've seen lots of registrations purchased for the conference but not a great deal of bookings at the hotel. While we have a reserved block of rooms at a discounted rate, that block reduces in size at various times leading up to the event so we don't end up being charged for rooms you guys aren't using. One of those dates has just passed and 35% of remaining rooms has been handed back. Another date is approaching soon too.
If you have purchased your registration and intend on staying at the conference hotel (and why wouldn't you for the convenience and price! ) then I encourage you to book your rooms in the coming days.
