It’s less a case of 1-in-a-million and more about statistical likelihood of 
failure. 

Cheaper price = lower quality, it’s a case of when not if you’ll encounter a 
failure and if that’s acceptable to your business. 
If you’re prepared to have spares, prepared to see a link fail and can have it 
replaced in a reasonable time, that’s an acceptable risk.
If any of the above isn’t acceptable, you make a more reliable choice.
