Is anyone seeing issues across multiple services this morning? Vodaphone mobile is reportedly down nationwide, but there's a big spike in reports on downdetector across multiple services around the same time - and my BGP to Optus spent a while performing a bunch of flaps I haven't seen in quite some time (anecdotally, my home internet dropped around the same time and isn't with either Vodaphone or Optus).
