No problem. That's easy for me to fix, and I have done so.
I also wasn't
sure about how to set the activity on the document.
By "activity" do you mean the file status?
1. Go to the View page for the file.
2. Click on the down-arrow by state: internal draft at the right-hand
end of the coloured bar. Select "submit for publication" from the
drop-down list.
OR if you are reviewing/updating a file that's on the Review List, the
state will be "pending review"; in this case, you need to choose
"retract" to remove it from the review list
