I have now published the second edition of the Writer Guide, here:

That folder includes the complete book and individual chapters in ODT
and PDF, plus two zip files: one containing the chapter file ODTs and
ODM (master document) and one containing the chapter file PDFs.
I also uploaded the PDFs to the wiki page today.

Mistakes always remain, so do report them when you find them. And
enhancements are always welcome, too. They may not get included
immediately, of course. Corrections and improvements to the Feedback
folder for writer3, please.
