Hi All Introduction - Link to Wiki doesn't work Page 9 - Again on the Note the top line is thicker than the bottom Page 10 - The note that says "New in 3.1" should really be changed or merged into the text. Throughout - the references to figure captions and headings in earlier sections do not work at all. For example, p41 refers back to page 17. This should really be a link.
