I have edited and uploaded CG3-FormulasAndFunctions_JHW_MJF20100404.odt
in the CG3 Feedback folder. The document needs an editing decision on the
Function Wizard part (see my inserted comments). I made just a few small
changes (changes switched on) and added a few lines on advanced functions
at the end. There are a couple of comments for consideration inserted in
the document. The section on setting up formulas was deleted, did this go
anywhere else in the CG? I searched but could not find where the concept
of absolute cell references is handled eg $a$4, $a4, and a$4.
Martin,
I have now been through your edited and accepted all of them. I have
answered your questions in the document, which I have put in the
Feedback folder:

Regarding the Function Wizard example, yes please change the example!
I don't remember who wrote this one, and I don't know enough to create
a replacement.
I had removed the section on strategies for setting up formulas
because part of it was wrong and the rest didn't seem to say much.
I've just restored it so you can improve upon it. Perhaps some
examples? I think it's a good topic to include, but it needs work.
I cannot find anything in the CG where the concept of absolute cell
references is handled. Please write something and put it into whatever
chapter it fits most logically.
Thank you for your work on this!
