Edited files should go into the feedback folder, not the drafts
folder, so I have moved it.
Your review and edits were great. Excellent questions! Now I have to
do some work to find out the answers. :-) I don't like extra work, but
I very much do like reviewers who find problems that no one else has
noticed.
So, please carry on with reviewing some other chapters. I hope you
find lots more things that I -- and others -- missed.
