Following complaints about the intrusive watermark on the Getting
Started and Writer Guide full-book PDFs, I've redone the watermark in
a smaller and paler version and placed it in a less intrusive position
on the page. Files on OOoAuthors and the Docs wiki have been replaced.
No other changes to the book files at this point; I didn't have time
to fix any of the errors that people have found and regenerate the books.
