Now that you have expanded on the section about strategies for
creating spreadsheets, I think it should certainly stay in the
chapter. It's good where you put it.
My first reaction to the material you added (in several places in the
chapter) is that some small illustrations might help people visualise
what you're describing. I'll wait to see what Claire thinks, and what
she does when editing what you wrote, before pursuing that idea further.
