Hello Claire,
To dock the a navigator, styles and formatting etc... *double click* on
an [see NOTE] while pressing the CTRL key.
NOTE
for toolbars, double click on the title
for windows like slide pane, task pane, Styles and Formatting do not
double click on the title, but rather on an area just below it.
This will dock the window/toolbar somewhere on the screen, but it is
then easy to move it to the desired position.
