I just attempted to login to OO.o auhor and it came up with the same
message, "
Error
Login failed. Both login name and password are case sensitive, check that
caps lock is not enabled."
I understand the case sensitive and everything is set up in small case.
Earlier referemce was to another site, that apparently accepts my login. I
don't know why it's not accepting the login on another site though.

understand your reference to an "UX" page or a "documentation page".
That sounds more like the main http://openoffice.org/ site or even the
