Added material on Navigator master view, to prevent confusion;
apparently, even in a new master document, Navigator now comes up in
"regular" view, and must be toggled to "master" view to use those
features (for inserting subdocuments). Wiki updated, too.
Note: the published version has active changes still in it. I just added
some more.
In OOo 3.2 and 3.2.1, the Navigator for my existing master docs opens in
"master" view just like it always did. I'm using Ubuntu 10.4.
Your notes about making sure it's in master view are a good addition to
the chapter, regardless.
And, oh dear, forgetting to accept all the changes first -- I WAS in a
hurry when I published that chapter (and possibly others), wasn't I?

Using WV and 3.2.x in my recent experiments, the Navigator never opened
in master view (IIRC, it used to). Likely there is an unknown variable
here, possibly relating to the contents of the "text" section.
BTW, remind me (or somebody) when you think it's the right time in the
production cycle, to run "style patrol" on Ch. 13. There seems to be a
lot of "local" bolding.
