You need to move the page to a new name. This will update the generated
index title and the URL.

If you move the page, it's generally a good idea to use a shortened form
of the question that still makes sense (if you can).

So, with this FAQ page, it's currently named:
How do I avoid URLs to appear underlined?
which is a really good example of bad grammar. :-)

If you move the page to:
How do I stop automatic underlining of URLs?
then the generated index will be updated along with any references to
this page.

How do you move it? Easy... open the page, click Move in the tabs on
the upper right... give it the new name:
Documentation/FAQ/Writer/AutomaticFunctions/How do I stop automatic
underlining of URLs?
type in a reason (optional), and click the Move page button.

I'll leave it to you to do this so you can see how it works... if
there's any problems, let is know.
