Help needed with the FAQs linked below. They are duplicates of two answers

Formatting Documents and Pages FAQ list. They are the same as the
"pre-edited" versions of those I worked on today, except that the title of
the questions and page begin with PT.
Does the "PT" indicate anything significant? Can I / should I delete these
pages and if so -- how?

Hi, Lisa,
Those are from our Portuguese-translator friends, and you ran into them
because they are still assigned to the wrong category (until they are
translated). You can change that if you want: you should be able to
merely add "PT/" in front of their present category. (You can poke
around a little, to see if the category name exists already, which it
should.)
They would probably appreciate your updating their pages with your
edits, too. With the possible exception of the DISPLAYTITLE line, you
should be able to copy&paste the entire text.
