It's not a big change; includes Claire's replacement screenshots and my revision of a short section on editing documents after mail merge (in response to a reader's suggestion). This chapter can probably be further improved, or we might consider writing a hand-holding walk-through tutorial or seveal (possibly video) aimed at the many people who find it all very confusing. Or, if such materials exist, we could refer people to them in the chapter. I have not had time to research this; would be good if someone did so.
