[authors] Suggestion for Writer Guide: AutoText

     I think this is in chapter 3 or chapter 4 of the Writer Guide. 
Perhaps this is trivial. New members of this group need to know how to 
use AutoText to place note/tip/caution in the text they are reviewing 
when they want to add of of these. The instructions in WG are not all 
that clear (at least not to me) as to how to do it. I know how I do it, 
but this has been by trial and error. Perhaps this comes under another 
topic: mentoring?
     It seems to me that using AutoText for placing a table into text 
is a bit more involved than the standard use of AutoText. Next week when 
I get back online, I will send an email with the steps I use to add 
note/tip/caution to AutoText.
