MAJOR PROBLEMS NOTED:

Page 82: Reference to Figure 103 should be Figure 106 (or "below").

Page 140: Most of the illustrations are missing from Figures 161 and
162.

Page 147: At the top of the page an illustration is missing; there is a
blank box. Below the hearts another illustration is missing (next to the
yellow lines).

MINOR:

Copyright page: Don't forget to change the publication date to whatever
the actual pub. date is.

TRIVIAL:

All of my other comments are trivial and not essential to fix.

Chapter title pages: I failed to put the "watermark" on the page style
for these (because the page style did not have a footer).

Page 24: Make the Figure 22 caption fit on only one line.
Page 25: Make the space between the Note and the heading "Adding
ellipse..." smaller (it's larger than normal). This should pull Figure
23 from p. 26 to p. 25 and help all the later figures fit better on the
pages. (Fig. 23 could be cropped a bit at the bottom if necessary.)

Figure 33 has too much space above it. Perhaps the figure needs
cropping, or perhaps the spacing is wrong.

Pages 52-53: If you can make the Figure 59 caption fit on 2 lines, it
should give enough room for Figure 60 and its accompanying text to fit
on page 52.

Page 94: If you cut out the reference to Figure 117 (just above the
figure itself), and make the caption for the figure fit on one line,
then the page breaks for the next several pages will improve (paras
won't be split over 2 pages, and Figure 122 will fit at the bottom of
page 100.

Page 116: Figure 125 is stretched vertically.

Page 140: The space below Figure 162 (above the next paragraph) is much
too big, as if there is a blank paragraph there.
