My schedule for accessing the Internet is Monday and Friday
mornings between 10 and 11 AM EST. This is between 2 and 3 PM London
time (UTC, or GMT for those who remember what it is).
If one of you wants to upload a partial review of a Base chapter,
please upload it to the feedback folder in the base3 folder and ping me.
I will download your file, review it, and upload it to the draft folder
with my comments and suggestions the next time I am online the next
Monday or Friday.
Just remember that to collaborate with others on projects requires
each of us to leave our pride at the door. The goal of our work is to
produce the best product we can. Sometimes, we have to swallow our pride
to achieve this. I know, because that is what I had to do recently. I
had worked long and hard on the first three chapters. Then Lisa Woods
reviewed only 12 pages of chapter 3. When I saw what she had written, I
realized she had found a flaw in my outline. Thanks, Lisa, I really
needed that. The chapter will be much better. I have also added your
name to the lists of authors at the beginning of the chapter. For
individual chapters, this authors list has a "pecking order": the
maintainer of the chapter and primary author followed by all the others
who have contributed to the work in alphabetical order.
