Joe, I picked up this note in the Moderation queue. Your previous messages were sent from a different email address (googlemail, not gmail as this one was). I can't get to OOoAuthors at the moment to check, but I suspect you may have two accounts at OOoAuthors, and only one of them has been set to have the correct permissions for uploading files. I'll check, and if necessary fix, that as soon as I can. As for the review process, sometimes I request people to do it a bit differently than the standard way outlined on the website. Using Track Changes and comments was a good thing to do in this case.
