Radek, Welcome! Top item at the moment is reviewing the draft Impress Guide for OOo 3.2.1, preferably Chapters 7, 8, 9 or 10, which haven't had as much attention lately. (Everyone tends to start at Ch1 and never gets to the later chapters.) But first you'll need to become familiar with some of our working methods, where things are stored, and so on. I've now given you the necessary permissions to view, download, and upload draft documents. Look on this page http://www.oooauthors.org/english under "Getting Started" -- the first 2 items are the most immediately relevant in learning your way around, what we expect from reviewers, and so on. How familiar are you with OOo? We do have a desperate need for people with techwriting background and (preferably) experience with OOo and enough time to commit to a bigger role, such as coordinator of a whole book. Or, another possibility: if you have database experience, the Base Guide can use some help too. --Jean --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
