The drafts folder has been renamed to: http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/impress3/ig3.2-published
The .odt and .pdf files are in that folder and the .pdf files are on the wiki page, http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/Chapters I have made new folders for IG3.3 drafts and IG3.3 feedback.
